RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Chirpy tribe the products are thoroughly checked before its shipped.

We do not accept return & refund unless the product is incorrect/damaged.

We also insist you to inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you receive any defective, damaged or wrong items, so we can evaluate the issue and help you out promptly.

If the product is damaged during the transit chirpytribe will not be responsible to take care any return or refund.

If you receive an incorrect/damaged product, after evaluation refund will be initiated from 5-7 working days.

All our products are manufactured based on standardized sizing. We request you to double-check sizing by measuring your little one for a perfect fit before you place an order.
